Disney Magic Kingdom Totes

ASK: Create illustrations for a new collection of utilitarian totes for the park in Florida. The client always supplies the theme and budget but not the artwork at all times. Illustrations were open for interpretation as long as they fit the theme. Once the designs were approved, I prepared the production files for overseas production.

Baby Mickey Line for Disney World

ASK: Utilize the artwork provided by Disney to create a baby collection line that consists of a changing pad, diaper bag, carriage cover, pouch, and bag strap.
I leveraged existing silhouettes, zippers, and liners without customized parts to avoid additional cost. The client didn't have a budget for a custom mold, so we experimented with different printing techniques to achieve the client's request.

FIFA World Cup for Disney World

ASK: Design a backpack with a budget of $X.XX or less, including landing cost.
I proposed a sac-backpack with a single front-pocket and a plastic zipper. The artwork was silkscreened onto poly-cotton fabric without an interior lining. The targeted audience consists of young adults aged 16–25.

UD Brush Vault Box

ASK: Create a packaging to house a limited collection of luxury makeup brushes. The packaging also serves as a storage case. The budget was $XX or less, with a landed cost of XXX units.
I designed a box with a magnetic closure that opens from the center. The brushes are kept in place with an EVA insert.

Stella Pantry

ASK: Design labels for three pantry products inspired by ancient Greece. Conducted market research to find containers resembling vintage packaging that would stand out on the supermarket shelves.
This project was a concept proposal for a design contest at an NYC auxiliary kitchen. Unfortunately, the design wasn't chosen.

Sweet Botanicals

ASK: Redesign the existing packaging for a line of homemade Italian candies made on Long Island with local fruits.
Most candies on the market come in single-use packaging that ends up in the land field. That didn't reflect the handmade aspect of the client's product. I proposed a glass jar with a wrapped lid and minimal packaging because it can be reused or recycled. A marketing strategy can be built around zero-waste and can offer discounted refills for returning customers.
